Personality

Being the embodiment of Chaos one should know what to expect from the goddess of discord. Her end goal is always to create panic and chaos within the world. Not just with humanity, but even with gods as well. It's nothing more than amusement to her and sates her thirst to see the world in turmoil. Great cities have fallen and tragedies that had befallen stained in history is sure to be her doing. She won't always indirectly cause it, but she more than plays her part as well as making sure her pawns more than play theirs in her game. Easily able to destroy worlds, humans and deity's alone she prefers to see them being a puppet. Pulling the strings from behind the curtains before it SNAPS from its fragility. She can be a sore loser if things don't always go her way. Yet, long as that was accomplished along the way she's satisfied and her anger is quelled. Fearsome, but if she's been bested she won't seek revenge of any kind. A shrug of her shoulders as there's always more places for her to cause trouble.

Most deity's may be humble, but not Eris. Vain and even edging along the lines of conceited at times, but when you're the goddess of chaos what's a bit of boasting?

Eris is certainly not the one to be taken lightly. Even gods are known to fear her as well knowing what extensive damage she could do with ease, much like her mother. No sense of guilt, regret, or sadness for anything she's done. Much like any other god or goddess she'll never step out of her role. She THRIVES off destruction and how man easily tear themselves apart among themselves. Troublemaker or even evil isn't even a word to describe it. Considering she was the one that caused the Trojan War taking out her pettiness of not being invited to the wedding of King Peleus and Thetis being snubbed due to her reputation in stirring the shit pot.

Her very ESSENCES is to cause discord and disrupt others. Not evil per se, yet she is fueled by the discourse caused in the world making her thrive.

Even if you think you may be winning Eris' game you're really not. Strategic in laying out obstacles and hard choices to sway things in her favor. She takes advantage of the weak and the strong. TEMPTING them with great rewards from materialistic to something more personal.

Peace within the universe just isn't ideal and actually needs Eris as much as the light and darkness must co-exist.

Tartarus is her home and resides FAR below Hell itself. A distance far as the earth to the heavens. Not a place where anyone should go, be it mortal or otherwise. Hell just didn’t cut it for those that excelled at being wrathful sinners in their previous life. It is no more than a torturous, horrible prison for those that weren't so lucky to be sent to the land of the dead. Keeping the most horrendous monsters there to banished criminals or exiled.
